Building the PokerStars Network. From a new B2B identity to an entire portfolio of partner-ready games.

The Challenge:
PokerStars Network represents a shift from a consumer-facing poker brand to a global B2B proposition, providing the products, technology and expertise behind multiple poker operators. The challenge was twofold: establish a distinct identity for the network itself, while rethinking a portfolio of products and campaigns historically built around PokerStars branding.

My Role & Scope:
Leading creative direction and brand design across PokerStars Network, from establishing the corporate identity and designing its digital presence to shaping the wider product portfolio, partner branding systems and creative toolkits.

Branding & Website

Establishing PokerStars Network meant creating a brand with its own identity, while retaining the credibility and expertise of PokerStars. I led the visual direction and development of the brand, translating it into a contemporary digital experience that I designed and built in Framer. From the overarching visual language to the finer details of the website, the aim was to create a cohesive, credible presence for a new global B2B business.

The bigger challenge sits beyond the PSN brand itself. Much of the existing poker portfolio was built around PokerStars' visual DNA, making it difficult for other operators to adopt as their own. I've been leading the creative transformation towards a more brand-agnostic portfolio, rethinking product identities, tournament series and campaign systems from the ground up.

Alongside the creative development, I've been shaping the playbooks, toolkits and asset structures that bring everything together through the partner portal. The ambition is to give partners the flexibility to build their own brand presence, without compromising the consistency, quality or craft behind the work.
